  Securely pack the items in their original wooden crates or heavy-duty packaging to prevent damage to the rustic finishes during transit.

  Affix the provided return shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location for transport back to our facility.

  Once our artisans inspect the returned goods for integrity, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method, minus applicable restocking fees.
